| Tiivistelmä: | With market growing gradually, the central government's regional policy will highlight providing the environment for fair competition among different regions and promoting the co-ordinated development of regional economy. The governments at every level should take the following policy measures: 1.practising "point and axis" development strategy , focusing great efforts on the development in three axis areas including the coastal area, the areas along the Yangtze River and the Yellow River to make them the axes of growth which will play a leading role in China's future economic development. 2.adjusting the state's layout for investment according to the requirements of market, 3. practising a standardised transfer payment system of the central finance, 4.guiding foreign investment towards the central and western areas, etc. |
