| Tiivistelmä: | According to the experience of other countries, China should do the following to give support to the medium-and small-sized enterprises: 1. deepening the reforms of financial system including the shift of business mechanism of state commercial banks and credit cooperative institutions and establishing special financial institutions; 2. establishing financing network, development fund and credit guarantee institutions for medium-and small-sized enterprises, and encouraging financial mutual aid and allowing non-credit financing modes like stock and bond; 3. formulating preferential fund-raising policy supporting the development of medium and small-sized enterprises, such as reducing interest rate of loans and providing loan for exclusive use and loan with interest so deducted. |
