| Tiivistelmä: | During the period form 1982 to 1996, 42,00 enterprises had been merged and acquired in China. State-owned enterprises are walking with difficulty in this line. To change such a state, efforts may be focused on the following: 1. stressing horizontal merger to activate the duplicated, low-efficient and sedimentary assets; 2. stressing merger of strong enterprises so as to enlarge the scale of enterprises, reduce the cost of transactions, disperse risks and lastly enhance the competitive power of enterprises; 3. stressing acquisition of stock rights, thus reducing cost and realizing complementarity in superiority; 4. stressing merger in many fields to thoroughly solve the problem of low economic returns of state-owned enterprises. |
