It will exert both positive and negative influence on various countries in the world. It is both a chance and a challenge to China. China should actively participate in it and meet the challenge. To this end, China should enhance people's strategic and participating awareness, put more efforts on reform and opening up in a bid to integrate its economy with the world economy.
