| Tiivistelmä: | Our current production organization of enterprises is facing serious challenges: 1. The mass production mode doesn't fit in with the variety and change of customers' demand. 2. The separation between the designing and manufacturing of production doesn't correspond with the rapid change of consumers' demand. The direction for the reform and innovation for the production organization of our enterprises are as follows: 1. Reforming the traditional pattern of production development with the synchronized integration programme (designing and manufacturing). 2. Reforming the traditional production line with the mode of production known as "On-time production system", which means timeliness and appropriate amount, flexibility of the number of workers and alltomatic guarantee of quality; and so on. |
