| Tiivistelmä: | According to statistics, the redundant personnel constitute 20 per cent of the total number of workers and staff in our enterprises. The number of workers under such kind of implicit unemployment amounts to about 20,000,000. At present, the main problems existing in the experiment of the unemployment insurance system are as follows: the imperfection of policies and laws, the disorder of management systems, the unsoundness of supervisory institutions, the limited coverage of unemployment insurance ,the extremely low level of insurance, and the dim awareness of unemployment insurance, etc. Ways for the perfection of our unemployment insurance system are as follows: lay down an unemployment insurance law on a national scale, raise the payment standard of unemployment insurance, implement the system of payment by individuals. |
