| Tiivistelmä: | It is scientific choice to make the housing industry as the new growth point of economy, for residential products belong to the class of inflexible merchandise which plays a leading role, and there is enormous space for residential demands. But time is needed to turn it into reality. The housing price which will go up slowly on a stable basis accords with the law of economic development, for on one hand is bound by the supply of land in cities, and on the other hand with the development of economy and the increase of residents' income the purchasing power will also be on the rise. At the end of this century, the development of housebuilding should be moderate. It is inappropriate to increase investment excessively, or the scale of investment on fixed assets will expand inevitably, which will exert unfavorable impacts on macroeconomy. |
