| Tiivistelmä: | The policy combination in 1999 will consider more about the reforming strategy which keeps a foothold on the adjustment of structure and make a better combination of a proper expansion of aggregate amount and the adjustment and improvement of structure. The prospensity of consumption will keep weakening and the marginal prospensity of saving will increase. Conditions for the upgrading of consumption are not mature yet. Demand of investment will still keep the growth rate of 1998 basically. Environment for foreign trade will become even grimmer and difficulty in export will be intensified. Generally speaking, the domestic market environment in 1999 is not optimistic. Bankruptcy and annexation of enterprises will increase. There will be an increase in the production and operation difficulties for enterprise running at a loss, and so on. |
