| Tiivistelmä: | From 1978 till now, the reform of state-owned enterprises in China has gone through three stages: experiment of the expansion of the decision-making power of enterprises, the implementation of various operational patterns,the principal part of which is the contract system, and the transformation of enterprise mechanism. Since 1993, the reform has entered the new stage of establishing modern, we have the following experience and lessons to learn from: (1)The reform of state-owned enterprise should be connected with the development of non-state-owned economy. (2)The expansion of rights and concession in profits should be combined with the establishing of the modern enterprise system as well as the transformation of enterprise mechanism. (3) Reform institution, reorganization of structure and transformation of technologies should be integrated; and so on. |
