| Tiivistelmä: | The existing policy problems in China's iron and steel industry: 1. In terms of financing policy, the investment tends to be small and diversified and investment effectiveness is low; investment for the development of science and technology is deficient. 2. In terms of technological progress, the capacity utilization rate remains low; digestion, assimilation and innovation of advanced technology introduced from foreign countries have not been paid enough attention; the rate of large-sized equipment domestically produced still remains low. 3. In terms of industrial organization structure, we are short of very large business conglomerate with international competitiveness; the proportion of small, medium and large enterprises cannot satisfy the market competition. The author presents the suggested strategies. |
