| Tiivistelmä: | The managerial revolution is actually the split of three powers. ( enterprise ownership, enterprise operational and managerial power and enterprise controlling power) . At present to carry out managerial revolution in SOEs we should solve the following problems. 1. " the system of cadres led by the Party" should have some new train of thought in the new stage. 2. We should break up identification system, implement contract system and carry out managerial engagement system. 3. Open managerial personnel market 4. Establish scientific managerial personnel incentive mechanism. Supervision cannot be separated from punishment, which is an important part of it. |
