| Tiivistelmä: | 1.Analysis of China's capital market system during the economic restructuring: first, the irrational set-up of State-owned shares has caused institutional defect in the corporate managerial structure. For example, the proportion of State-owned shares is higher and State-owned subject of investment is not definite; no clear distinction has been drawn between the functions of the government and those of the enterprise; the problem that the insiders control the market is very serious. Second, The action of the capital market institutions does not conform to the standard. Third, Institutional and default risks of financial instruments are great. 2. Some suggestions on perfecting the rules and regulations of capital market: we should try to explore the way of realizing public ownership system, perfect credit and ownership right system, uniform stock market, etc. |
