| Tiivistelmä: | From now on the chances for China's appropriate and rapid industrial growth mainly come from the following three aspects: 1. To realize industrial structural optimization and upgrading. 2. To further accelerate non-state industrial development. 3. To Implement industrial technological advance on a large scale. Countermeasures of maintaining appropriate and rapid industrial growth: expanding investment demand has become the main factor to promote economic growth. And the government has laid down a series of policies to increase the investment in fixed assets. When expanding investment demand we should try to integrate short -term readjustment and control policies with middle and long -term development target, which means that we should amplify the performance degree of the investment in tech-innovation. |
