Technological innovation--the main form of the EMI. 3. Institutional innovation--the guarantee of the EMI. From the economics point of view, institutional innovation generally means that the institutional subject earns an additional profit through establishing new institutions. 4. Management process innovation--the crux of the EMI, which means that in order to gain managerial dominance in the market competition we should realign managerial resources so as to realize organizational innovation profits through more effective management behavior. |
