| Tiivistelmä: | The gliding scope of investment growth in the fixed assets found their major representations in the following respects: the decrease of the industrial investment which was 40% of the total investment; the negative growth 5.3% of the investment in the central government's items which was 1/3 of it; the slowing down of the growth rate of the investment in the eastern region which was 60% of it. At present, the problems worthy of attention include the focus on the fixation of accompanying fund with the national debt items; the consideration of the speedy investment on the basis of the investment results; the speeding up of the reform of investment and fund-raising system. |
