| Tiivistelmä: | The relationship btw. organizations and theatre has gained steadily more scholarly attention. This editorial paper discusses first the history of the theatretical field and introduces then the articles of the special issue. The articles cover three areas: first organizations are vieved as theatre and spectacle in a metaphorical sense. Second, theatretical techniques in work settings are examined. Third, organizational theatre. i.e. tailor-made plays for organizations, is discussed. |
