| Tiivistelmä: | Recently, increasing emphasis is being placed by corporate planners and forecasters on the use of scenario analysis to produce forecasts of future business environments and to identify conditions leading to major changes in these environments. A number of alternative approaches to scenario analysis have been developed which can be classified into three major categories: intuitive logic, trend-impact analysis, and cross-impact analysis.Approaches to scenario analysis are compared, their advantages and disadvantages are discussed. |
