| Tiivistelmä: | Staff demand planning is the heart of any staff planning. The trainee demand planning is an important segment of staff demand planning. Due to the somewhat long planning period the trainee demand planning is one of the most complicated planning subjects. For the prognosis of alternative future outlooks under various environmental conditions the scenario technique is one possible way to determine the demand more thoroughly. The utilization of scenario technique for a trainee demand planning will be demonstrated on a case study with a bank. |
