| Tiivistelmä: | Mexico 2010 is an effort to analyse the desirable, possible and probable futures of Mexico up to the year 2010, with the underlying objective of helping decision makers in the public and private sectors improve their strategies. The project, which encompasses dozens of sectors, is nearing completion, and publication has begun on the report volumes. Mexico 2010 has been based on simple mathematical models complemented by extensive expert consultation. The study is noteworthy not only for its scope, but also for its successful funding scheme, the voluntary involvement of more than 600 experts, and the wide public attention it has already attracted. |
