Tiivistelmä:The paper aims to fill a gap in the empirical reserch on the relationship between internal market orientation and market orientation. The effect of these two factors on customer satisfaction is also examined. Data for the analysis is collected from 127 dyads of financial service providers and their customers. The results indicate that market orientation of the company increases the customer perceived value and the perceived service quality. Internal market orientation increased employee perceived value which, in turn, enhanced the customer perceived quality of service.
