Tiivistelmä: | The most succesful start-up businesses are those whose founders integrate their personal goals into the strategy and ongoing operations of the company. The development of the all-important statement of "end goals" for the business occurs by answering the following basic entrepreneurial questions: What does one want from its business? - How will one measure its success? - What are one's priorities? - Money? Service? How much of each? How far is one prepared to push the company and itself to achieve the goals? Rarely does a person who takes a company up in size also do as well in reducing its scope. The realization that the strategy for downsizing may have to be carried out by someone other. |
