| Tiivistelmä: | The successful creation of new ventures includes observance of a series of favorable conditions. Establishment of new firms goes through three phases: the "idea" phase during which the technical and economical feasibility of the project is to be analyzed, the "project" phase: time for building up the business plan; the "realization" phase whose success depends essentially on the motivation of the project-planner and his adequacy with the project. The steps for finding new ideas and requirements to the psychological qualities of the project-planner are explained. |
