| Tiivistelmä: | New ventures can be financed from three main sources: the owner's own money (including the funds of his family), the capital of the business partners and employees, the capital borrowed from banks, investors or venture capitalists. Usually these sources are used in a combined form which depends on the owner's own possibilities and on the situation at the capital markets. A rather new phenomenon in this field is the growing importance of venture capitalists who in Belgium have formed their own "club" called the Belgian Venturing Association. |
