| Tiivistelmä: | The practice of coaching managers and employees in German enterprises is studied. Coaching as an aid for managers and other employees of a corporation in key position is described. Coaching must help managers to be conscious of their problems and to be able to find proper solutions to them. A survey of 200 German enterprises of all kind of branch and size show that at least a half of them offer their managers in trouble help in the form of coaching. 70 p. c. of them apply external consultants for providing individual aid. |
