| Tiivistelmä: | Those multinational companies /MNCs/ are examined within which employee representatives meet one another regularly and undertake joint work, as well as those in which they also have informal contacts with management, and those where formal European information and consultation arrengements may soon emerge. They survey makes clear that although relatively few European MNCs have formal arrengements for informing and consulting employee representatives, developments which may lead towards this goal are underway in many more. 31 companies are investigated in detail. |
