| Tiivistelmä: | This paper looks at the structure of the executive recruit- ment consultancy industry in three countries - France, Germany and the UK using data collected in Leicester Business Shool. It finds great similarities between the structural and behavioural characteristics of the firms in the industries in the three countries. This is mainly because the basic market conditions which influence the industry in each country are the same. The product is the same, the processes used are the same and the industries in the three countries have been affected by the same external factors - recession and increasing internationalisation of markets. |
