| Tiivistelmä: | The integration and globalization of world markets as well as the growing transparency of the markets due to the information and communication technologies result in the internationalization of the world of business, which forces the loan tariff partners to revise the former tariff policy. The impacts of the growing pressure of competition on Germany is examined. Special consideration is given to the newest tariff contracts with their possible contribution to the widening of employment. The future model of employment, the differentiation by enterprises and employee groups, the end of the Swedish model, the felexible working hours, and the widespread use of reduced working hours are analyzed. |
