| Tiivistelmä: | The socialization of materials circulation industry means the materials circulation industry is specialized and offers service to society. While modernization means the means of materials circulation and its organization management technology reach the modern advanced level. To realize socialization and modernization of materials circulation three conditions are needed: 1. The social public should have market economy thought; 2. The state should establish economic management system with the market as the center; 3. The materials circulation departments should have strong function of business service. |
