| Tiivistelmä: | The major factors that influence railway freightage market are as follows: industrial structure alteration; changes in the mode of economic growth; resource and industry allocation; energy structure alteration and overall pattern of energy transport. According to the prediction on the amount of transport by railway, the increased turnover amount in 2005 and in 2010 are 191 billion tons km and 381 billion tons km respectively; furthermore, average extended transporting mileage increase turnover amount of 64 billion tons km and 89 billion tons km. |
