| Tiivistelmä: | The mechanic reform of rail transport in China should define ownership and control right of public corporations of rail transport with standard of modern enterprise system, build up corporate financial system in rail transport industry. The government sector:Ministry of Rail Transport shouldn't be a financial manager, be taken the place of a professional public asset administration committee with management function. Each bureau of rail transport should be changed into rail transport group corporations, and each branches of bureau of rail transport should be son-corporations with share ownership. |
