| Tiivistelmä: | To realize the commercialization of houses in cities and towns, the principle of common bearing by state, collective and individual must be follow. Leasing, selling and building of houses should be developed simultaneously. In accordance with different situation, various suitable choices should be made. On the basis of above principles, it is imperative to solve the problems of raising rent, supplying subsidy, selling houses, working out new regulations of house fund, house management and house proprietary rights. |
