| Tiivistelmä: | The recent sampling survey of flowing population in Shanghai shows that the number of flowing population amounts to 34.1 thousand persons, existing population in Shanghai amounts to 15.3 million. In 1997, the number of domestic and foreign tourists in Shanghai amounts to 10 million. How to rationally develop, utilize the tourist resources and optimize the allocation of them, is the first important question in developing urban tourist industry in Shanghai. This paper presents detail analysis on this issue. |
