| Tiivistelmä: | The proportion of the agricultural departments employment decline fast,average 1.12 percent points each year, from 70.7% in 1978 to 50.5% in 1996.The proportion of non- agricultural departments employment increasing grows up and becomes leading channel of new manpower growth and agricultual manpower transfering. The proportions of agriculture forestry animal husbandry and fishery are 81. 9% in the rural manpower in our country and decline to the 71.2% in 1996,while the proportion of non-agriculture grows to 28.8% from 18.1% at the same time. |
