| Tiivistelmä: | The way of turning enterprise creditor's right,holded by the banks, to holding stock right had gotten the policy supports. This model is a challenge to the existing law, and its success key is to avoid moral risk.The conclusion are that "turning debt to stock" had been a success example in the world and gave enterprise a change chance; while in China it is benefits for enterprise and the local government the bank will bear the risk and will get benefits if banks work better. |
