| Tiivistelmä: | The phases can be divided into the short-term, middle-term and long term for planning to construct ecological environment in our country. The short-term aims are to add up 60 hundred thousand square kilometers of recovery soil eroded, 22 million hectares of the recovery desert lands squares and 39 million hectares of new forest squares; to build up 13 million hectares of the agricultural lands with the high standard and forest-net; to harness 33 million hectares grasslands with desert and alkaline and to build a sets of water-saved. |
