| Tiivistelmä: | The basic agreement on telecommunication concerning China's entry to the WTO reached can, in principle, solve basically a key problem,i.e. admittance to enter China's domestic market of telecommunication. The barrier of monopoly existing for a longtime in China's internal telecommunication business can be broken through and the promotion of the formation of new regulation system governing telecommunication and of the linking with the international telecommunication business be accelerated. Through strengthening competition can the management of the whole telecommunication industry be improved, cost be reduced, and benefit be increased while new resources shall be brought into this industry. |
