| Tiivistelmä: | This article explores owner commitment and relational governance in the privately-held firm using more extensive model than the traditional agency theory. The proposed model include research on organization commitment and organization citizenship behaviours, stewardship theory, organizational social capital theory, social identity theory and social exchange theory. The findings suggest that owner commitment and company performance are positively related as predicted in stewardship theory and organizational social capital theory. |
