| Tiivistelmä: | Over 2000 monographic studies and countless essays and articles in the field of 'enterprise history' were published in the German Democratic Republic between 1949 and 1990. Even more than general economic history, enterprise history in the GDR was utilized to legitimize the rule of the SED. As mere fact collections, documentations, or bibliographical aids, though, they may still be helpful for today's business historians. |
