The rapid growth in the industry has created both problems and opportunities to the entrepreneurs involved in providing services. Problems encountered are mainly confined to frau- dulent practices by con-artists. Opportunities are in the form of increased usage of the services in the coming years and the self-regulation by the 900 number industry to over- come the bad-guy image. |
