Tiivistelmä:In this article, the authors differentiate four kinds of organization learning and describe the associated policies, practices, and possibilities for action. The authors have drawn most of their examples of learning organizations from major corporations. These examples are particularly illustrative because they deal with products and practices familiar to many of us. However, there is nothing about the learning organization, its characteristics, or its managers that makes it exclusively a big-company phenomenon.
