| Tiivistelmä: | The literature on business turnarounds is replete with prescriptions for turnaround success, but scant on definitions of exactly what constitutes a turnaround situation. Few researchers have examined the appropriateness of the performance measures they used to define decline and turnaround, resulting in overlapping research populations and inconclusive results. This paper presents a typology for turnaround research in which different types of turnaround situations are matched with measurement parameters for examining each type. |
