| Tiivistelmä: | The coastal economic and technical development zones have made great achievement. But more input is also needed. To make the coastal regional economy prosperous, we can not rely on introducing industrial projects only. We should develop tertiary industry such as commerce and finance and carry out development strategy which combines "export orientation" with "import substitution". We should also implement favorable policies in some industries and further expand the opening according to the pattern of the special economic zones. |
