| Tiivistelmä: | At present time, there are some problems in Joint Venture. Many of the foreign partners invest in goods and few of them with money. They get a good profit from high import price and low export price. China partners often make mistakes in contracts and thus become passive. China partners should strengthen export idea and take use of the sale networks of the foreign partners. The management of the JV should be strengthened and the qualification of Chinese personnel in JV should be improved. |
