China's overseas enterprises are not only regulated by China's law, but also obey to the host country of capital import. So the studies of laws of capital-import country should be deeply strengthened, and the attention should be paid to the following aspects: evaluating the investment environment of the capital-import country; Choosing the investment fields of the capital-import country; and checking the overseas investment of the capital-import country , etc. |
