Tiivistelmä:The experts who investigated publicity at ARD think that the ban on after-20.00 publicity should be lifted and the amount of publicity should be raised from 20 minutes daily to 30 minutes. This would be conform with international trends, would countervail the competition of private TV channels and would disburden from publicity the 18.00-20.00 time interval.
