| Tiivistelmä: | The authors reveal parallels in the structure of myths and magic tales (the latter being derivatives of the former) mainly along the lines of three tests figuring in both: the main test, the preliminary test and the additional test. Contrast in myth and tale: low/high, friendly/alien etc. The bridging of oppositions in myth according to Levy- Strauss. A special notational system is set up to search the structure of magic tales. |
