| Tiivistelmä: | Cable television seems to be the dominant medium in the USA which increases its services to subscribers. Besides subscriptions revenues come from advertising and pay-per-view. The present structure of pay cable is investigated in detail and the necessary changes to the Cable Act are also dealt with. |
