| Tiivistelmä: | Neither the import substitution strategy nor the exportoriented strategy suits the current international economic environment, nor does it suit China's national condition. The return to GATT should help the strategy transformation from import substitution to balance development, and thus rapidly adjust the foreign trade policy; transform from protecion to encouraging competition, seek the best joining point of the open policy and the protection policy , synthetically make and implement China's unified foreign trade policy. |
