| Tiivistelmä: | Market plays its basic role in the deployment of resources under the conditions socialist market economy. But there are limitation and weaknesses to deploy resources with market mechanism. Strengthening and improving macrocontrol and macroregulation are necessary to make up the weakness of market mechanism enabling its orderly operation and ensuring its basic role in resources deployment. The remedy of macrocontrol and macroregulation to market function are chiefly in 3 fields: firstly to remedy the limit of market secondly to remedy the defectiveness in market growth; thirdly to remedy the weakness of market function. |
