| Tiivistelmä: | Under market economy, there exists close association between money supply and demand and social aggregate supply and demand. The pivoted od balancing social aggregate supply and demand lies in monetary equilibrium, not material equilibrium in kind. Therefore, central bank should effectively control money supply, enabling the money supply keeping pace with the objective money demand, thus providing a better monetary and financial environment for the functioning of market economy. |
